  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C (350F).
  • 2. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in an electric mixer. Add the egg and combined well.
  • 3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder into the bowl and combine.
  • 4. Add the white chocolate and macadamia nuts and mix well.
  • 5. Form tablespoons of the dough into a disc shape and place onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 min or until baked.
