- 100g butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 250g plain flour
- 15g baking powder
- 150g white chocolate
- 100g macadamia nuts

Instructions
- 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C (350F).
- 2. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in an electric mixer. Add the egg and combined well.
- 3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder into the bowl and combine.
- 4. Add the white chocolate and macadamia nuts and mix well.
- 5. Form tablespoons of the dough into a disc shape and place onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 min or until baked.
