Quattro Archi Di Grasso Rosario – ‘Slow Food’

Saro Grasso opened ‘Quattro Archi’ in July 1995. His plan was to spend the remainder of his life doing something that he was passionate about.

His dream was to cook and serve food by the philosophy of Slow Food: choosing local raw materials, respecting the seasons, working directly with small producers and ensuring the traceability of products.

Saro is surrounded by his family which makes for a very friendly and homely experience.
